Morals
I wonder if there is anyone with exact same morals as me? I wonder if when we get down to the particular and situations that are very exact we would agree in all the exact same way. Since we all have different morals and points of view it makes it hard to for people to agree. I think that in America where judges interpet the law, it helps so that they can apply the law to different situations.

i agree that its good that we have judges that can interpret the laws to the situation and apply what they believe is the appropriate punishment. But at the same time this could be a bad thing as well since apparently the judges morals could be more important than your own.
